During your massage

Allow yourself to slow down.
Focus on your breathing.
Think peaceful, loving thoughts.
Simply be present.
Right here. Right now.
Please undress to your level of comfort. Most clients leave on their bottom undergarments, though you may choose to receive your massage nude. You will always be professionally draped in accordance with Florida law to ensure your privacy, dignity, and comfort.
Communication is the most important part of your massage. Please let me know if you would like more or less pressure, if something feels uncomfortable, or if a particular technique feels especially beneficial.
Emotional release can be a natural part of the healing process. If emotions arise, allow yourself to experience them without judgment and simply receive the healing.
A Simple Seed maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, privacy, and respect.

Questions clients ask

What should I wear?
Come in whatever is comfortable. You will undress to your own level of comfort in private; most clients leave on their bottom undergarments. You are professionally draped at all times.
What happens on a first visit?
We talk first — about pain, injuries, surgeries, sensitivities, and what you would like addressed or avoided. Then the room is yours: phone silenced, jewelry set aside, and time to simply receive.
Should I ask for more or less pressure?
Always. Communication is the most important part of your massage — tell me if something feels uncomfortable, or if a technique feels especially beneficial.
If I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please reach out as early as you are able so the time can be offered to someone else.
