What happens to the information you share when you send a booking request.

What the booking form collects

When you send a booking request, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, the session you asked about, any times you gave, and anything you wrote in the notes.

Where it goes

The request is emailed to Cassandra via Postmark, a transactional email service, and stored in a Cloudflare database so a request is not lost if an email fails. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device it was. It does not tell us who you are.

Health information

Anything you choose to write in the notes about pain, injuries or pregnancy is stored the same way as the rest of the request. Please share only what you are comfortable sending by email, and tell Cassandra the rest in person.

Having your details removed

Email cassie@asimpleseed.com and the booking request will be deleted.
